STEP 1: Online application & documentation
A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required to complete the process. 
Please complete your online application via our Admissions Portal, choosing either the “English Section” or “Section Française and selecting the level your child is applying to.

‍Required Documents:
Please upload the required documents in the application portal, following the prompts.

Please ensure to bring original documents with you to the Admissions interview appointment. We will scan them at the appointment and return them to you.

If the child is born in Canada:
- Birth Certificate Most recent report card
- Child’s English eligibility certificate (for families applying to the English section only)
- If the child has not yet obtained their own, please provide the English eligibility certificate of the parent or sibling who is eligible, along with their birth certificate.

If the child is born outside Canada:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Canadian citizenship (Canadian Citizenship certificate, front and back card or passport)

If not permanent residents:
- Immigration documents for parents and child (e.g. work & study permits)
- Proof of address in Quebec (e.g. utility or cell phone bill)

For families applying to the English section:
- Child’s English eligibility certificate
- If the child has not yet obtained their own, please provide the English eligibility certificate of the parent or sibling who is eligible, along with their birth certificate.

All applicants must provide a Confidential School Report to their current school (daycare, elementary or high school). The school administration is asked to complete the report and send it directly to admissions@utt.qc.ca with the applicant’s full name in the subject line. The document will be provided to you by the Director of Admissions.

STEP 2: Admissions Interview & Admissions Evaluations Scheduling
The Director of Admissions will contact the parents to schedule an Admissions interview. We request that the applicant be present at the interview with one or both parents. 

STEP 3: Admissions Decision
The Admissions Committee will review your child’s application based on the school’s Admissions criteria. The Director of Admissions will send you an email with the notification of the Admissions decision.

Important Dates for Talmud Torah:
- Open House: November 4th to 6th 2026 from 8:30am - 10:00am. Registration here. 
- Application Deadline: Friday, November 13th, 2026

Admissions decision notification date: As of the week of December 1st, 2026.

Tuition fees for the 2026-2027 academic year are as follows:
- For Kindergarten: $12,390
- For Elementary (Grades 1 to 6): $14,490

We allocate significant funds to tuition assistance each year and offer the Federation CJA Generations Fund CAPS Program and the JCAP Program.
