Summary of the Job Position

Azrieli Talmud Torah is seeking a Resource Department Coordinator to support student success and oversee learning support services. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating interventions for students with learning difficulties, in collaboration with school administration, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the resource and learning support teaching team
  • Coordinate student screening and monitoring processes
  • Collaborate with administration on intervention plans and parent communication
  • Ensure the implementation of appropriate support strategies
  • Promote a consistent, inclusive, and collaborative school-wide approach

Qualifications and Required Skills 
  • Knowledge of the training program and understanding of its challenges.
  • Experience at the elementary or secondary level would be an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and efficient planning skills.
  • Recognized as a dynamic, motivated, and motivating individual.
  • Sensitivity and openness to the culture and values of our school community.
