Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily supervision of the resource room for all students are present;
- Support students in individual work by ensuring that they are engaged in their task and have the necessary materials;
- Provide support to Grade 7 and 8 students in small groups for a total of 6 hours per cycle for both grades
- Work with certain students who have significant difficulties in reading and writing in French through targeted sessions.
- Supervise students during assessments conducted in the resource room;
- Support students in using WordQ and Antidote during their assessments;
- Manage the schedule of isolated rooms when reservation requests are made;
- Communicate with teachers to obtain exams in advance and return papers once the assessments are completed;
- Share relevant operations about students with the resource team;
- Participate in the supervision of mid-year and end-of-year exams;
- Actively collaborate to ensure the smooth operation and mutual support within the resource team;
- Perform any other related tasks according to the needs of the school.

Use of technology
- Ease with technological tools
- Ability to support students in using assistive software such as WordQ and Antidote
- Comfort with digital platforms (documents, exam management, communication)
Experience
- Experience with your people or in a school setting.
- Any experience demonstrating an ability to work with adolescents and support them in their learning is relevant.
